The MKC Story
Established in 1898, Madison-Kipp Corporation (‘MKC”) is a producer of lightweight, high-pressure aluminum die castings, precision machined components, and system subassemblies for customers in the transportation, industrial, lawn and garden, and recreational product markets.
MKC’s lean production systems are highly automated with robotic technology and integrated operations. We manage the supply chain from raw metal blending to final product assembly, providing our customers with a single source, integrated solution that minimizes supply chain complexity and risk.
We embrace company-wide continuous improvement process.
Our experienced management team continues to effectively adapt to changing industry dynamics with a constant eye toward bringing additional value to our customers. We operate in four facilities–three in the Madison, WI area and one in Richmond, IN. We continue to invest in new technology, equipment and people to improve our operations to serve our customers.
Customer Care Process
Madison-Kipp provides many processing advantages to our customers through our single location of technical support and productive resources.
Our value-added, secondary machining and assembly service is our customers’ assurance that we will use the latest technology in our high-pressure die cast facility and secondary machining equipment to develop the process specific to your application.
Our focus is that of continuous improvement which supports our stellar quality and delivery performance. Our zero PPM goal and 100% on-time delivery performance assures we are their partner in all aspects of the relationship.
With our diverse engineering disciplines, we work through the entire launch process with our customers to achieve the desired outcome.
