Founded in 1898, the 179,000 sq/ft of manufacturing space houses 16 die cast machines that range between 600 and 1000 tons. Fully automated cast and trim operations produce castings ranging from 2 to 12 lbs.
Capabilities include: shot blasting, machining, heat treating, component assembly, leak testing, CMM, fluoroscope, spectrometer and fully functioning EDM capable tool room.

Opened in 1987, Madison-Kipp broke ground at 166 South Fair Oaks Avenue adjacent to the South plant at 201 Waubesa Street.
76,000 sq/ft of manufacturing space containing 7 fully automated high-pressure die cast machines ranging from 1,000-1,600 tons.
Complex, multi-slide tooling, controlled through advanced die cast process controls produces parts up to 21 lbs. for engine and driveline applications.
Capabilities include: shot blasting, heat treating, component assembly, CMM, fluoroscope, spectrometer and die repair tool room.

In 2006, MKC opened a new plant in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin focusing on automated machining. In 2016, MKC added a 90,000 sq/ft expansion to accommodate new business and future growth creating a 165,000 sq/ft facility.

April 13, 2021 Madison-Kipp completed the purchase of a Richmond, Indiana die cast facility.
Comprised of 95,500 sq/ft of manufacturing space.
7 Fully automated die cast cells that range in tonnage from 1000-1600 tons.
Capabilities include shot blasting, 19 CNC machining centers, component assembly, and leak testing, supported by in-line and off-line CMM’s.
The Richmond facility expands the Madison-Kipp’s geographic footprint and allows the company to better serve its customers.
